These ultra-miniature circuit boards measure only 0.375" by 0.5"! These boards were designed and manufactured for an instrumentation company that needed a very tiny delay timer for one of their in situ data acquisition systems. This board uses only 19% of the space the original system required.
The boards gain their size advantage by using double sided surface mount technology. From the intial design consultation to delivery of the first lot of assembled units was 4 weeks.
This project is an excellent demonstration of Electromechanica's printed circuit board design and assembly capabilities.
